Shipping is calculated at checkout via DHL (by weight & destination). Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- 🇫🇷 France2–3 business days
- 🇪🇺 European Union3–5 business days
- 🇨🇭🇬🇧 Switzerland & United Kingdom3–6 business days
- 🇺🇸 United States4–7 business days
- 🌍 Rest of world5–10 business days
Customs & duties: orders to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and other non-EU destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable by the recipient on delivery. These are not included in the item or shipping price.
Returns
- Made-to-order items (24H PROPOSITION t-shirts) are final sale — no return, exchange or refund for change of mind (French Consumer Code, art. L221-28). The legal guarantee of conformity still applies.
- All other items: 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. Request a return under “Manage my orders” in your account to receive a prepaid label, or email store@wordssoundscolorsandshapes.com.
